Daniel is on his way to becoming a seasoned veteran in real estate, having held all positions within residential real estate since his career commenced in 2013. Daniel has a very well-rounded understanding of the real estate landscape, and how each position is valuable and contributes to the overall success of a property campaign for vendors, buyers and his office.
Whilst Daniel is the Owner & Director of Ray White Black Forest, he continues to handle every important day-to-day duty of each sale campaign. Communicating with vendors and buyers, handling open inspections and callbacks, pre-Auction meetings, best offer campaign timelines, negotiation with all offers and ultimately, the final call to say “congratulations; we’re sold!”.
It doesn’t stop there; part of the reason Daniel created his own office is to empower his team members, using real estate as the vehicle, to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. This includes regular mentoring and goal setting, professional development, networking and the constant implementation and improvement of systems and processes.
